Website Design + Development
21/05/2015 - 13/06/2015
Before any design or development processes could be commenced, we've spent a number of hours with the JQ brand director, to fully understand the company's brand identity, core values and the target audience - components that are imperative in tailoring the website's UI/UX, visual and textual content, as well as ensuring a seamless customer journey and positive performance.
We started with creating a brand identity and colourways portfolio, that would serve as a foundation for any digital channels and related content, that would represent or be associated with JQ. A clean, readable font, white background, complementing colours and crisp imagery have all contributed towards an 'easy-on-the-eye' experience, that resulted in a low bounce-rate and an average page session, from organic traffic, of 1m21s (average 53 seconds. Visma).
Furthermore, we've added small touches like a fixed navigation bar, interactive content and textual content animation, to improve UX and make the website stand out. The website was built with Adobe Muse software.
JQ is a multi-tiered consultancy group, for high net worth individuals, with over 50 years of combined experience in education, property, financial and security sectors. From overseas education assistance to private jet and yacht hire, JQ always strives to provide an utmost excellent service to their clients and their families.
JQ have come to us, with a request to design and develop a brand new website, that would reflect the company's executive status and heritage while serving as an informational portal for existing and prospective clients.
The finished product was a clean, crisp, responsive website, that followed the latest trends in website development, reflecting JQ's drive to always stay ahead of the competition. At the same time, the website had maintained a feel of sophistication and refinement, that lies at the core of JQ's brand identity.
The front-end has been built, to improve UI/UX as well as performance metrics such as bounce rate, average session duration and the contact form conversion rate.
